George Koutromanos is an Associate Professor of Information Communication Technologies at the Department of Primary Education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He graduated from the Faculty of Primary Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Masters Degree (MSc.) in "Computers in Education" from the same Institution. He received his Doctoral degree (Ph.D) in Information and Communication Technologies in Education from the Kings' College London (University of London).
